First, please access My Subscription page to confirm your subscription is currently active. Check your billing history to make sure the transaction went through. If the new transaction does not appear in your billing history, your payment was probably declined. Please try to subscribe again using another debit/credit card or contact your bank to ask for more information regarding this issue. If all fails, we do accept PayPal.
If the transaction went through and your current subscription is active, there might be a delay in activating your subscription. You should have access to all the premium features after a short wait, usually within 15 minutes.
